Religious Affairs Presidency Launches Arafah Sermon Translation in 35 Languages

Riyadh: The Presidency of Religious Affairs for the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has launched a major initiative for the 1446 AH Hajj season to translate the Arafah Sermon into 35 languages.

The effort aims to enrich the spiritual and cultural experience of pilgrims, reach nearly five million Muslims worldwide, and promote the values of moderation and tolerance.

The initiative reflects the Presidency’s commitment to enhancing religious awareness and supporting pilgrims and Umrah performers at the Two Holy Mosques.

Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, President of Religious Affairs at the Two Holy Mosques, stressed the importance of delivering the message of moderation globally.

He noted that the Arafah Sermon, which outlines core Islamic principles such as tolerance, compassion, and unity, plays a key role in conveying these values.

Dr. Al-Sudais also highlighted the initiative as part of broader efforts to showcase the wise leadership’s dedication to serving Islam and the global Muslim community.
